Do you only draw cats and dogs?

No, we can actually draw out anything! We have a very talented team of artists that can draw out anything from dogs and people to rabbits, horses and even fish!

What if I don't like my design?

We will not stop working on your portrait until its absolutely purrr-fect! We offer unlimited revisions and only ship out your product after you are 100% satisfied. That way we ensure you are fully happy with the final art piece.

However if for any reason you are still not happy with the outcome, a full refund is available always!

I don't have a single photo of my pets together. Help!

No problem at all! We can use different photos and merge them into the same portrait. You can upload up to 10 photos in the order page.

What's the turnaround time?

1- Design Preview (2 days):Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. Within 2 days, you'll receive an email
showcasing your paw-trait. Take your time to review it.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days):Upon approval, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days.

3- Shipping (3-5 Business Days or Faster):With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically,
shipping takes 3 to 5 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.
