Can I customize the artwork with my pet's photo?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom prints for pets. Simply upload your pet's photo during the ordering process, and our talented artists will transform it into a beautiful and personalized artwork.
Do we do just cats & dogs?
No! We can design portraits of any pet, so feel free to upload an image of your pet, and allow our designers to create a beauty that matches your pets personality.
Can I print more than 1 pet?
100%! Currently we offer 1,2,3 or 4 pets in our Pet portrait collection.
How do we produce our artwork?
Every pet is unique and our designers come up with unique scenarios and costumes for every pet. We do not use a one size its all approach, we understand pets and they deserve a bespoke unique approach when it comes to portraits.
Can I change my order?
Before any order goes to printing we make sure you as the customer is 100% satisfied with the final design, so until you give the sign off you can change your order as much as you like. Once an order is confirmed for printing we would not be able to cancel that order.
What type of photos work best for the custom prints?
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting are ideal for creating the best custom prints. We recommend selecting a photo that showcases your pet's face or features prominently for the most detailed and captivating results. Can I request specific customizations for the artwork?
Definitely!
We offer customizations such as placing your pet in a particular scenario which you feel your pet's character shines through that might not be available in store. All custom scenarios will need to go through our live chat team who can assist in getting this request through within a few minutes.
What are the available sizes for the custom prints?
14" x 11"
This is a favorited for those looking to gift a portrait. It will look great on desks, in hallways, staircases, studies, bedrooms or living rooms.
16" x 12"
A great mid-sized canvas which looks perfect in entrance halls, living spaces, bedrooms, and of course... above your pet's bed!
20" x 16"
Our favorite size. This size is our original offering and is our consistent top seller to pet parents worldwide. You can't fault this size, it's a fantastic large print and you get to see the details of your portrait up close. We love this one!
30" x 20"
Our largest size. A beautiful piece that can be the center of a feature wall , or staircase. A gorgeous size built for wide walls or large rooms.
What materials are used for the prints?
We use high-quality materials to ensure a stunning and long-lasting result.

Currently we ship out our productions from a few warehouses, including the US, Spain and the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our custom prints internationally. We currently ship across the US, UK and all European Countries.

If your custom print arrives damaged or if there are any issues with the quality, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Do we offer refunds?
We're 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork! That is why we offer unlimited revisions, however if we do not meet your expectations, we can cancel your order in its entirety and offer you a full refund!
