Typically, your custom pet portrait preview will be ready within 48 hours of placing your order. Our talented artists devote 3-5 hours to meticulously craft each artwork by hand. However, if you're in a hurry to see your beloved pet immortalized in art, we offer a speed-up option. With this expedited service, your preview can be ready in just 24 hours. Rest assured, whether you choose our standard timeframe or opt for the accelerated option, we're dedicated to delivering a beautiful portrait that captures the essence of your furry friend.
When we are finished we will send you a digital mock up via email (or whatsapp if you prefer) so you can go over it & let us know if you want to change anything.
You're the boss of revisions - request as many changes and iterations as you like until you are 100% delighted with the outcome. Once your happy dance starts, we can print your exclusive masterpiece, making sure we honour your companion in the best way possible!

Portraits take on average between 3-5 hours to complete, sometimes even longer!
You can currently expect your mock up portrait within 48hrs from your order date, but this is subject to change depending on demand. If your order is time-sensitive , we do have a speed up option in the shipping section at checkout
1. Do you draw more than just dogs & cats?
Yes, we have drawn many unique animals and people! From cute bunnies to birds, horses or snakes. If it is an animal and person, we can draw it!
2. Can I put multiple animals/people in one portrait?
This is certainly possible. You can choose 1, 2 or 3 animals as well as up to 2 people on our product page. We will make sure that they will be placed in 1 frame.
3. Any charges for custom text?
No! Feel free to add any text you wish to add, there is no charge. Alternatively we can add text during any revisions too :)
4. Do you really draw everything by hand?
We work with a drawing tablet on which we sketch your photo by hand. Each portrait takes roughly between 3-5 hours to create.
This way we can ensure that your portrait is always of the highest quality. Even from a photo of lesser quality we can create a beautiful work of art!
