Capturing your pet’s best photo is easy, and 99% of photos we receive are absolutely fine! If, for any reason, your picture doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll reach out within a few hours and help you select a better one—no stress at all.
You can also upload as many photos as you like to ensure we have the best option to work with!

✔ Take the photo at eye level with your pet.
✔ Use natural daylight and avoid flash for a clear, natural look.
✔ Keep your pet as still as possible to prevent blur.
✔ Make sure long, floppy ears (if your pet has them!) are fully in the frame.

Artwork Creation Time:
Artwork previews are sent to your email (or whatsapp if you prefer) within 48hours of placing your order.
Once we recieve your approval, the artwork is sent for printing within 24hours
