Tips for Taking the Perfect Photo of Your Pet!

Capturing your pet’s best photo is easy, and 99% of photos we receive are absolutely fine! If, for any reason, your picture doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll reach out within a few hours and help you select a better one—no stress at all.

You can also upload as many photos as you like to ensure we have the best option to work with!

Helpful Photo Tips:

✔ Close-up shots bring out the best details!

✔ Take the photo at eye level with your pet.

✔ Use natural daylight and avoid flash for a clear, natural look.

✔ Keep your pet as still as possible to prevent blur.

✔ Make sure long, floppy ears (if your pet has them!) are fully in the frame.

Your artwork preview will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing your order by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. You’ll have unlimited edits and revisions until it’s absolutely perfect.

If you’re not completely happy with the result, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Once you approve your final artwork, we’ll deliver it in your chosen size and format.

We have partnered with local print shops and carriers around the world to bring you shorter waiting times and the best quality prints.

Unlimited Previews & Revisions

We won’t print your pet’s portrait until you are completely in love with it! You’ll receive your previews within 48hours of placing your order of your artwork, and we will make unlimited revisions based on your feedback. Whether it’s a small tweak or a complete redo, we will work with you until it’s 100% perfect.

Free Replacement for Defects

If your canvas arrives with any printing defects or damage, we’ll replace it entirely at our expense. You won’t have to worry about any extra costs—we’ve got you covered.

Post-Purchase Satisfaction

Even after you receive your portrait, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. We will redraw your portrait from scratch, no questions asked. You’ll only need to cover the shipping cost for the new print (about 20% of the total price).

Pets & Palettes Purchase Terms

By placing an order with Pets & Palettes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Orders & Artwork Approval

All artwork is created based on the photos and details you provide when ordering.
You will receive mock-ups of your artwork by email before final delivery.
You may request revisions — unlimited changes are included until you approve your final artwork.
Once you confirm your final artwork, your order is considered complete and final files/prints will be processed.

2. Digital Orders (Non-Refundable)

If you select a digital-only option, you will receive your final files in Ultra HD (PDF and JPG).
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital orders are final and non-refundable. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are possible once final files are sent.

3. Print Orders (Refunds & Replacements)

If you order a physical print (Fine Art Print, Canvas, or other product), your artwork will be professionally produced and shipped to you.
All prints include insured delivery.
Once artwork is sent for print we are unable to cancel the order and provide a refund. Refunds are accepted through out the mockup phase and right up until it is sent for print. If we are able to cancel a print job, we will do so and a refund can be processed.

4. Pricing & Credits

Digital orders are charged at the advertised price.
If you later upgrade to a print, the cost of your digital order will be deducted from the print price. You will only pay the difference.
Promotions, discounts, or credits cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and refunded only during the mock-up phase, before you approve your final artwork.
Once approved and delivered (digital or print), cancellations and refunds are not possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate photos and spelling for names/messages in the artwork.
Pets & Palettes is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied during ordering.

7. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via email.
Print orders are shipped with priority processing, insured delivery, and tracking.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks for non-refundable items (digital products) or for issues already covered under our replacement/refund policy.
We reserve the right to provide order evidence (artwork approvals, email correspondence, and delivery confirmations) in the event of a chargeback.

9. Intellectual Property

Pets & Palettes retains copyright ownership of all original illustrations.
Customers are granted a personal use license to display, print, and share their purchased artwork.
Commercial use (resale, merchandise, branding, etc.) is not permitted without prior written agreement.
